Meet Tommy

Tommy is a very special boy. He really wasn’t happy being confined to a pen at our rehoming centre and was quite aggressive towards any visitors, so we decided to let him out for a wander… and it made so much difference!! He was purring and headbutting everyone, following us round like a little dog, and all signs of aggression disappeared.

So for now, we’re letting him have his freedom on the property at Ferry Farm. He has shelter and food, and his favourite Thomas the Tank Engine blanket(!!!) and we’ll be watching him carefully to make sure he’s ok. But we think what he’d really like is the chance to be an occasional house guest too, especially in the winter. Whoever takes this boy into their home and heart may have a touch few weeks at first as he adjusts, but if you’re happy for him to come and go as he pleases, he’ll truly love you for that.
